WARRANTY POLICY

• Exchanges must be made no later than 8 calendar days after receiving the product. Please note that the date is determined by the delivery date confirmation from the shipping company. 
• Items must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging and sales invoice.
• No exchanges will be made for items showing signs of use, dirt, damage, etc.
• Promotional or discounted items cannot be exchanged.
• The exchange must be for an item of the same value or higher, and the customer must pay the difference.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns or exchanges.
• You can ship to Carrera 65 F # 31 - 40 Apt 120 Urbanización Nuevo Conquistadores Boreal, Medellín, Colombia, addressed to ALAS DE ZAFIRO.
• Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

WARRANTIES 

• In the event of a manufacturing defect (Soldering damage, clasp, stone loss, loose knots, or plating issues) with our accessories, you can return the item to Carrera 65 F # 31 - 40 Apt 120 Urbanización Nuevo Conquistadores Boreal, Medellín, Colombia. Hup to 30 calendar days (1 month) after the purchase date. We will cover shipping costs.
• The corresponding purchase invoice must be presented.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480 of 2011, article 47, the maximum period to exercise this right is 5 business days from the delivery of the product. You can withdraw from your purchase if you made it through our online store. 

It is important to note that the product must not be modified or altered from its original state; the accessory must be in perfect condition.

The transportation costs and others incurred in the return will be borne by the customer. When you hand over the product to the carrier, it must already be properly packaged. You can use the same packaging in which you received the order or you can use one of your preference; however, it is important that the packaging is appropriate for the nature of the product so that it is not affected during the transportation process.

In the event that all the aforementioned conditions are met, ALAS DE ZAFIRO will refund the total amount paid, without discounts or retentions, and the period for the refund of the money may not exceed 30 calendar days.
