Your shipping is free if you make purchases equal to or greater than $180,000 through our digital channels: online store in Colombia www.alasdezafiro.com.co, Instagram: @alasdezafiro or on our WhatsApp (+57) 320 6418516

If you make purchases for less than this amount, the applicable cost is as follows:

• Medellín and the Aburrá Valley Metropolitan Area: $8,000
• Regional - Antioquia: $9,000
• Rest of the country: $12,500

This amount will be automatically charged when you select the rate corresponding to your place of residence or the destination city.

Your order will be processed during office hours and will have the following delivery time after payment is approved.

Medellín and Metropolitan Area: Up to 3 business days
Main cities in Colombia: Up to 7 business days
Intermediate Cities: Up to 10 business days.
Remote Municipalities and Towns: Up to 12 business days 

Special orders: Up to 20 business days.

Please check the packaging upon receiving your order. If it is open or damaged, you must verify the contents in the presence of the carrier. If the product is in poor condition, or not what you ordered, please make a note on the shipping guide and return it to the carrier. If your order is incomplete, please make a note on the shipping guide to file a claim.
